Installation Coordinator


Salary £25-30k depending on experience


Job Description

The Installation Coordinator will complete the onsite delivery and installation of poster board hire and T3 exhibition stand builds, both independently and working alongside senior crew. You will ensure that jobs are delivered and built on time and as specified in your job brief. Additional duties will include warehouse supervision and maintenance at our premises near Maidenhead. This is a full–time position with some weekend and out of hours work required during peak periods.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assemble poster display boards at customer venues
  • Assist with exhibition stand pre-builds and final onsite builds
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients you will meet in person
  • Drive work van to locations around London and the South
  • Follow written instructions and floorplans
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
  • Communicate project status internally and resolve any issues that may arise, with support
  • Ownership of stock control processes and maintenance of warehouse storage


Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Team player
  • Physically able to lift heavy boards and work at ladder height
  • Practical experience is an advantage
  • Clean UK driving licence
